SILO is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join our growing team. As a Senior Associate, you will play a critical role in providing strategic insights, driving project execution, and fostering client relationships. You will work closely with senior leadership and clients to develop and implement innovative solutions that address key business issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality consulting services to clients
- Conduct thorough analysis and research to identify business challenges and opportunities
- Develop strategic recommendations and actionable plans to drive business improvement
- Present findings and recommendations to senior executives and stakeholders
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership
- Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance their consulting skills and capabilities
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to provide thought leadership to clients and the firm
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of management consulting experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively, with a focus on collaboration and high performance
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, SQL)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
